Job Description

  • Work with HR, Finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and drive the Workday implementation sucessfully.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, application implementation, or redesign in order to support long-term business goals
  • Build a strong technical culture around our business systems that emphasizes technical excellence, rapid iteration, strong security, and frictionless user experiences
  • Build and deploy Workday Integration solutions using EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio
  • Provide Workday training to internal stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Serve as main systems support contact for HR and Finance department.
  • Develop processes and methods for capturing application changes to support SOX audits.
  • Provide application administrative support across systems as needed
  • Coordinate new release and change request testing including process and configuration documentation

Required Experience

  • Bachelors Degree and 5 years or more of hands-on experience as a business systems analyst delivering or implementing enterprise HR technology solutions
  • Understanding of business flows and show clarity in thought when working with Core HCM, Payroll, Advanced Compensation, and Benefit Administration, and other employee data
  • Ability to manage existing integrations and creating new ones based upon business needs
  • Proven functional experience with business units including HR, and Finance
  • Experience creating reports, Workday composite reporting a plus
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain system changes and functionality to all employees across Auth0
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and planning skills
