Work with HR, Finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and drive the Workday implementation sucessfully.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, application implementation, or redesign in order to support long-term business goals
Build a strong technical culture around our business systems that emphasizes technical excellence, rapid iteration, strong security, and frictionless user experiences
Build and deploy Workday Integration solutions using EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio
Provide Workday training to internal stakeholders, including senior leadership
Serve as main systems support contact for HR and Finance department.
Develop processes and methods for capturing application changes to support SOX audits.
Provide application administrative support across systems as needed
Coordinate new release and change request testing including process and configuration documentation
Required Experience
Bachelors Degree and 5 years or more of hands-on experience as a business systems analyst delivering or implementing enterprise HR technology solutions
Understanding of business flows and show clarity in thought when working with Core HCM, Payroll, Advanced Compensation, and Benefit Administration, and other employee data
Ability to manage existing integrations and creating new ones based upon business needs
Proven functional experience with business units including HR, and Finance
Experience creating reports, Workday composite reporting a plus
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain system changes and functionality to all employees across Auth0
Excellent analytical, organizational, and planning skills
