Job Description

In this role you will support HR professionals, internal key partners, and partner with our best-in-class technology team to provide exceptional customer support and HR systems solutions.

We'll trust you to:

  • Troubleshoot HR system issues that are escalated by our Global HR Service Center
  • Analyze issue trends and propose solutions
  • Provide assistance to users of HCM applications (Workday, proprietary HR systems)
  • Maintain and setup Workday foundational configurations (i.e. Companies, Job Profiles)
  • Administer mass data loads (EIBs)
  • Assist with designing and delivering end user training
  • Draft business requirements documents and end to end process flows
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the complete employee life cycle
  • Support system testing functionality and issues resolution
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Partner with internal technology teams to resolve issue

You'll need to have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-3 years HR experience preferably on a HR Information Systems team
  • Workday experience
  • Strong customer-focus and consultative approach when collaborating and communicating with Human Resources, Global People Services and Engineering
  • A creative mind with the ability to bring new ideas
  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
  • A preference for working with a collaborative team where you will naturally share ideas
