  • Design, implement, coordinate and support Workday integration solutions.
  • Position yourself as a trusted advisor to our clients.
  • Oversee technical decisions and ensure the quality of final results.
  • Translate business requirements into well architected Workday Integration solutions that best leverage the platform.
  • Develop standardized integration best practices and architectures for Companies Workday Service Offering.
  • Play an active role in business development, new client engagement, and chalk talks as a subject matter expert.
  • Work side-by-side with key business and technical stakeholders to elicit project requirements, drive the solution design, and ensure the finished product meets the needs of the business.
  • Quickly become familiar with client business challenges and technologies to act as a SME and trusted advisor to client stakeholders.
  • Mentor and train junior consultants.


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 4 years of experience designing and configuring Workday integrations including custom Studio integrations, BIRT, Core Connectors, and EIBs
  • Significant experience leading Workday integration teams and/or projects from requirements gathering to deployment
  • Expertise in foundational web service technologies such as SOAP, REST, XSLT, and JSON
  • Proficiency with Workday HCM configuration
  • Client-ready written and oral communications skills
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and experience with complete lifecycle of enterprise projects
  • Workday Integration or Advanced Studio Certification preferred
