McKinsey Academy Executive Programs are designed to address various leadership skills for clients at specific stages/inflection points. With a diverse palette of global leadership programs offered, Executive Programs empowers leaders to be more effective.

You will be responsible for leading our global delivery team with colleagues in locations including NY, Tampa and Poznan.

In addition to the day-to-day leadership of the team, you will also manage initiatives related to the delivery and operations of Executive programs.

As people leader and team manager for the Executive program’s delivery team, you will provide day-to-day coaching and facilitate regular team meetings to problem solve delivery issues and help trouble-shoot as needs arise.  You will also serve as first-line on performance evaluation and professional development.

As a Manager of Solution Delivery, you will be accountable for operational success and responsible for setting priorities to ensure seamless program delivery, including working with specialists and planners to set budget, oversee program forecasting/scheduling and operational excellence.

You will establish and evolve the support structure, resourcing, processes, tools and reports needed for the delivery and operations of Executive programs. You will also oversee communication, administration, reporting, as well as special projects.

You will be a thought leader, influence decisions and identify continuous improvement opportunities in the area of program delivery through internal and external scans, analytics and measurement.

This role has the expectation you will travel onsite for programs and to meet with team members at a regular cadence (25% travel in role).

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of people/ team leadership/project management skills, ideally in a professional services environment or equivalent
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Analytical mindset with desire to drive continuous improvement and change when needed
  • Demonstrated experience acting as a collaborator with senior leadership and leading specific initiatives
  • Distinctive stakeholder management skill-set
  • Deep knowledge of learning delivery strategies, processes and technologies
  • Strong senior presence including maturity, confidence, with strategic vision and outstanding decision-making ability
  • Ability to set priorities in a collaborative way while managing multiple projects and workstreams seamlessly
  • Excellent team leader, project manager and people developer
  • Strong knowledge Microsoft Office products required; basic working knowledge of survey tools (e.g. Qualtrics), data reporting tools (Tableau) preferred
