You’ll be based in Jersey City and work with our Periscope™ by McKinsey team as a Manager of Solution Delivery.

You'll shape and successfully drive the delivery of large programs or portfolio of projects from end to end, working closely with our Marketing & Sales Solutions client service leadership team in the Americas as well as with McKinsey consultants.
You will be responsible for the team’s development, growth, on-boarding and recruiting initiative.
You'll leverage our ventures teams, expertise, and firm assets to serve clients and create sustainable impact. You'll do so by shaping and delivering a portfolio of projects across different stages of their life-cycle.
You'll drive as well as contribute to problem-solving sessions with project teams, client representatives as well as McKinsey consultants on a regular basis. When necessary, you will also serve as the escalation point for all three groups.
Additionally, you'll work very closely with the Heads of Client Service Delivery in the Americas and Head of Client Success to drive process improvements in the organization by implementing and rolling out project management best practices. You will also be an evangelist for strong project management discipline in the Client Service organization overall, leading by example and coaching colleagues on such things as budget management, work plan development, risk management/mitigation and ongoing project governance.
