RTS Academy equips and empowers organizations—from the C-suite to the front line—with the competencies to drive and sustain Transformational change. We develop and deploy engaging, effective behavior-change solutions to help our clients reach and sustain their full potential.The objectives of the programs are to drive improvements in Organizational Health, Performance, Business Fundamentals and functional capabilities.

You will participate in the deployment of digitally-enabled enterprise-wide behavior change programs across multiple RTS clients, in various industries and geographies.

In this role, you will work with a highly passionate and energetic team. You will manage senior client relationships across a range of simultaneous roll-outs to ensure the effective implementation of the diverse RTS behavior change programs available to our clients. Using distinctive conceptual and problem-solving skills, you will work with clients to envision creative and insightful solutions in implementing behavior-change solutions in their organizations. Furthermore, you will collaborate with various internal stakeholders to achieve our successful outcomes. You will work with a high-performing and collaborative team which you will interact with and learn from on a daily basis.

  • Bachelor's degree with an excellent academic record; Advanced degree is a plus
  • 4 + years’ experience in strategic consulting in a top tier management consulting environment, include scoping and managing engagements, required
  • Learning, Leadership Development and/or Capability Building experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage senior client relationships
  • Strong project management skills 
  • Distinctive conceptual problem-solving skills
  • Excitement to work in an agile, fast-paced environment with a strong feedback culture
  • Flexibility to travel as needed
  • Experience in a start-up preferred
