The Business Development Manager, ADP Alliance position will carry an overarching quota for an assigned territory. Supporting your success will be Channel Sales Executives (tactically working individual channel sales opportunities and closing deals) and Business Development Representatives (demand generation). You will own the overall strategy and execution of all go-to-market activities to support revenue goals through the partnership (socializing Client’s to ADP leaders, sales representatives, and stakeholders, providing training, enablement, and distribution of sales assets to ADP teams. Frequent travel to ADP physical office locations, participation in meetings and strategy sessions, and working from ADP locations. Quickly identify gaps and shortfalls around revenue, knowledge, messaging, technical expertise, and quickly address with the right plan and follow-up actions.
The role will involve frequent travel to regional ADP offices within the assigned territory, as well as regular working hours on premise in a regional ADP office. Estimated travel requirements are 25% - 50%.
