Job Description

Liaison with business, IT department, project teams and vendors in support of payroll consolidation and upgrade project.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to prepare complex, regular, ad hoc and audit reports for payroll and finance consumers.
  • Responsible for the support and ongoing maintenance of the legacy payroll systems during transition.
  • Develops user procedures, guidelines and documentation.
  • Leads requirements gathering sessions and documents collected information to clarify requirement gaps as needed.
  • Prepares company-specific business documentation including requirements, project plan, test plans, and training documents for the end users
  • Coordinates with vendor's implementation team
  • Must be able to work with project managers, business SME’s, IT SMEs and vendors.
  • Must be able to work independently in a team environment with local and remote teams
  • Must possess problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task with readiness to put in extra efforts when necessary

Requirements & Preferred Skills:

  • Must have at least five (5) years experience with US Payroll using ADP products, and at least 2 years experience with ADP Enterprise v5
  • Experience with PeopleSoft 9.x as an HRIS system feeding ADP Payroll
  • Experience with PeopleSoft Finance module integrations
  • Solid understanding of interfaces and ability to work with 3rd party vendors to resolve any issues
  • Prefer experience with banking or financial services
