Job Description

As a Technical Project Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Help design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve our product based on client needs

  • Plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate clearly with project stakeholders

  • Lead the project lifecycle management stakeholder communication and documentation of projects

  • Liaise between clients' external partner entities and internal engineering teams

  • Manage day to day activities of the projects and track

  • Manage technology programs, defining milestones and success criteria, resource allocation and successful on-time delivery

  • Develop tools and processes to improve project management and reporting

  • Communicate priorities and status to all levels in the company


  • Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others

  • Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams

  • Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality

  • Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles

  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience in program management, release management and/or engineering management working on software engineering projects

  • Experience with lifecycle management in a fast-paced software environment.

  • Ability to be an influential member of a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members

  • Examples of projects that you’ve managed end-to-end

  • Great at communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Nice to have understanding of architecting back-end solutions that integrate with multiple third parties (services, API, data exchange techniques, secur).
