Job Description

The Business Analyst will serve as a technical subject matter expert on Workday feature configuration, business process design, and foundational data set up. They will provide project support in all phases from gathering requirements, writing user stories, managing test cycles, and configuring solutions in Workday.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as functional and technical expert in dealing with system issues and configuration requests, in relation to Core HCM module and other modules within Workday.
  • Consults with functional teams to understand and resolve business process issues.
  • Configures and maintain foundational organization data such as new locations, cost centers, and custom orgs.
  • Provides expert guidance to functional teams on organization splits, reorganizations and people moves.
  • Configures, documents, and deploys functionality and business processes to enhance efficiency or support new initiatives.
  • Participates in semi-annual Workday releases, including regression testing, feature adoption exploration, and master backlog grooming/prioritization.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience configuring and testing Workday HCM modules.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a business or systems analyst.
