Job Description

Project Manager will be assisting Call Center PMO team to manage business projects from initiation through implementation including phases such as initiation, planning, Execute, Monitoring and Control ad Closure.

Job Requirements:

  • Plan the project, including definition of scope, creation of a detailed work plan, identification of resource requirements, development of project schedule, objectives and measures.
  • In consultation with the appropriate manager, recruit, interview and select staff and/or volunteers with appropriate skills for the project activities / objectives and deliver an appropriate orientation to the project for all team members. This may include outside consultants when appropriate.
  • Manage the project according to the project plan, appropriately documenting project activities and monitoring the progress of the project and making adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
  • Establish a communication schedule and agreed upon reporting approach to update stakeholders. The communication schedule and strategy may include communications to a broader audience to keep them updated on the progress of the project and could entail a robust change management plan.

  • Formal project management experience including the use of project management tools as well as the ability to create and manage project budgets and cost benefit analyses.
  • Mortgage origination and fulfillment (Preferred)
  • Root Cause analysis and Corrective actions identification
