Job Description

The Workday Business Analyst will operate and maintain processes related to the Workday Enterprise Resource Platform. This position will report to the HCM Applications Manager. The position represents an excellent opportunity to be a part of support and implementation on a dynamic team in a fast-growing organization.

What you'll do:

  • Decompose high level business needs into functional needs by understanding business problems and determining data needs.
  • Develop and create data layouts including tables, charts, graphs, heat maps and process flow diagrams.
  • Research and identify clients and stake holders to develop project goals.
  • Analyze user data needs and determine needs resolved through automated repeatable process.
  • Review system capabilities, workflow and scheduling limitations to identify if requested programs are possible in current system.

What you'll need:

  • Workday configuration, testing and implementation experience ideally in HCM and Financials is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years helpdesk or support experience using a ticketing system with level 1, 2, or 3 support.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex security issues in a production environment with tight resolution timeframes.
