Currently, we seek Candidates for the following position:

Team Assistant
(Warsaw office)


  • Undertaking all tasks related to supporting Head of Operations & Technology Continental Europe
  • Managing the executive’s schedule (arranging meetings, calendar management, business travel planning, expense reports preparations)
  • Preparing and coordinating internal corporate communication
  • Producing presentation materials, reports, documents, and necessary correspondence
  • Cooperation with other departments as well as with regional management’s offices and external partners 
  • Involvement in another ad-hoc project


  • University degree
  • Min. 1 year of work experience required
  • Excellence in English both oral and written
  • Outstanding skills in creating internal messages/corporate communication
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and other innovative presentation tools
  • Ability to use all types of office equipment
  • Particular attention to details, perfect organizer
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle complex tasks and prioritize task effectively
  • Respecting confidentiality rules, mature and professional approach
  • Solution and customer oriented
