Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions that are aligned with client business objectives
  • Interact with all roles at customer – including C-level, IT Architects, technical staff and Business representatives
  • Translate requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform
  • Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation
  • Estimation and proposal documents preparation (Solution vision, Proposal, SoW documents preparation)
  • Develop custom solutions and extensions leveraging the Salesforce platform
  • Manage technical scopes and client expectations
  • Provide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance to developers
  • Demonstrate technical thought leadership

Requirements & Preferred Skills:

Technical Skills:

  • 7+ years of Salesforce development and implementation experience
  • 3+ years Salesforce Solution Architecture experience including the design of technical solutions that span multiple platforms and include data and systems integration.
  • Technical presales experience (Discoveries, Technical Workshops, and Requirements Gathering sessions)
  • A proven functional/technical professional with multiple full lifecycle SFDC implementations
  • Expert and in-depth knowledge in Lightning, Visualforce, APEX, SOQL, SOSL, API, Custom coding, Process Builder, Triggers, Workflows, Templates and Web Services
  • General Architecture Concepts (integration patterns, architecture styles/patterns/tactics)
  • In-depth understanding of OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and concurrency
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, Integration and Community Clouds
  • Salesforce Certified System or Application Architect certification preferred

  • Ability to estimate efforts and justify them in front of customer and delivery organization, efficiency in getting buy-ins from different parties
