KPMG is currently seeking a Associate, Federal Business Developer to join our Federal Advisory practice.


  • Utilize technical and industry knowledge to identify complex client issues and build long-term business relationships with key executives through engagement delivery and networking in professional organizations
  • Manage and provide leadership to teams of staff-level professionals and become actively involved in staff development and practice management
  • Manage the implementation of Business Intelligence solutions utilizing Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft C# /.NET.
  • Responsible for screen-scraping mainframe applications using terminal emulators.


  • A minimum of 2 years of practical experience developing solutions using Microsoft .Net (C#).
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience with all facets of creating, developing, and maintaining Microsoft SharePoint environments with an integrated Knowledge Management strategy.
  • Strong background in Business Process Engineering and/or Business Intelligence Reporting Systems (e.g. Information Builders WebFocus, Crystal Reports, SAP, etc.)
  • Experience with SQL Server databases and NoSQL (i.e. Mongo DB) and data access technologies (SQL, Entity Framework).
  • Ability to travel as needed up to 60%
  • U.S. citizenship required and the ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government security clearance within a reasonable period of time
