You will work with our McKinsey Academy team and will be based in one of our North America offices preferably New York, New Jersey, Chicago, Washington, DC, Boston.

Impact and Capability Accelerator (ICA), a McKinsey Growth Platform, enables McKinsey to partner with our clients to ensure sustained impact through flawless execution and capability building.  We do this by bringing the knowledge, assets, and expertise that clients are asking for: transformation and change management support, capability building at scale, and leadership and top team transformation.  In so doing, we believe we will be the preeminent institution in helping clients implement their strategies, which includes building the leadership teams and skills and capabilities their strategies require.

You’ll work closely with the Learning Experience team, the Product/Engineering team, and client sponsors to lead digital learning delivery for McKinsey Academy.

You’ll oversee all operational aspects of delivering digital courses to our clients, including: participant onboarding and user management, engagement-focused communications, customer support, Teaching Assistant (TA) management, and analytics/reporting.

For example, you’ll be responsible for systems enrollment, group configuration, and designing/hosting online kickoff sessions. In addition, you’ll communicate with participants, sponsors, and TAs to drive engagement and achievement of course and program objectives. You’ll also provide support for participants as they move through their learning journey.

For reporting, you’ll use data to drive impact, engagement, and improve our offerings. During and after course runs, you’ll monitor and analyze quantitative/qualitative data from multiple sources on the participant experience. You will provide recommendations for improvement based on your analysis.

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 2-5 years of experience, preferably in a similar type of digital learning administrator and/or Course Operations Coordinator role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), familiarity with HTML/CSS; experience with CMS or LMS preferred
  • Strong project management/organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle uncertainty and solve problems in a structured way
  • Solid analytical skills and experience drawing key insights from data
  • Positive attitude and ability to exhibit grace under pressure
  • Strong communications skills
  • High level of professionalism
