You will be based in New York and part of McKinsey Academy.

RTS Academy works with clients to implement a suite of a digitally-enabled, capability-building programs that are being built and scaled up across different industries and geographies. The objectives of the programs are to drive improvements in Organizational Health, Performance, Business Fundamentals and functional capabilities.
You will support the deployment and continuous innovation of digitally-enabled enterprise-wide behavior change programs across multiple RTS Academy clients, in various industries and geographies.
This will include helping to build and deliver key programs to clients across simultaneous roll-outs to ensure the effective implementation and assessment across various digital programs RTS Academy offers.
You will manage translations and build masters of the programs in diverse languages including English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, and Japanese.
With exceptional attention to detail, you will configure digital programs and author program content as well as implement specific configurations on the platform for our pilot clients.
Furthermore, you will work with internal stakeholders to carry out special projects that build the operational capacity of RTS Academy to deliver client impact at scale.
