Job Description

The consultant is expected to analyze, define and document digital supply chain processes. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to communicate effectively across business units, with IT departments, vendors and senior management.


  • Process vendor invoices using appropriate format and systems, classifying all expenses into appropriate departments.
  • May be required to assist in monthly accrual and planning
  • Communicate with Vendor to resolve discrepancies
  • Track and manage expenses related to vendors
  • Creates reports to summarize spend
  • Provide timely delivery and reporting of all COO requirements


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to think analytically and should be a problem solver
  • Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information
  • Excellent Time Management skills with proven ability to work in a cross functional environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interface with management and staff at all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to work individually and in a team environment with minimal supervision and provide deliverables in a timely manner.
