Job Description

The incumbent will own platform management and development activities across multiple locations for the reconciliations. This will require full-stack proficiency across application, middleware, and database tiers.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with end-users to understand, design, and deliver effective and stable solutions to business requirements
  • Guide, monitor, and manage all phases of the software development lifecycle
  • Understand and follow IT Service Management best-practices and protocols
  • Monitor daily system activities, provide required support, and remediate emergent problems and incidents
  • Continually improve system performance, business process efficiency, and user experience
  • Manage integration with related systems, including ETL and batch processing
  • Effectively communicate status of production environment to leaders and project status to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in a technical capacity with Fiserv’s Accurate reconciliation platform
  • 7+ years leading application development
  • 5+ years of application development experience
  • 5+ years of development experience with SQL Server / T-SQL
  • 5+ years managerial experience
  • Project Management experience
  • Strong Problem solving and root cause identification skills
  • Strong verbal/written communications and presentation skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with the Checkfree Frontier reconciliation platform in a similar capacity
  • Experience in the Banking and/or Large Corporate Financial Services companies in a technology development and support capacity
